We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery.

To request a return, email contact@perpetualmp.com with your order number. Please contact us for return instructions before sending your item back.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fee applies.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can make it right. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
